HakiRasilimali is pleased to announce an opportunity for experienced and committed individuals to serve as Minute Takers during the upcoming Jukwaa la Uziduaji 2025, Tanzania’s premier forum on natural resource governance.

Position: Minute Taker (Short-Term Engagement)

Location: Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre, Dar es Salaam
Dates of Engagement: July 15–18, 2025
Deadline for Application: June 01, 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document discussions, presentations, and outcomes during plenary sessions, panels, and breakout discussions.
• Summarize key points, recommendations, and action items.
• Submit well-organized minutes within 24 hours after each session.
• Work closely with the event coordination team to ensure consistency and completeness of records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in minute taking or conference reporting.
• Excellent listening, summarizing, and writing skills in both English and Swahili.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of governance, extractives, or energy sectors is an added advantage.
